* What forms of payment do you accept ?

We want to make your shopping experience with us as easy and pleasant as possible.All payments are accepted by a secure web server.We accept all major credit cards which are processed through Pay Pal.

* How long is your Shipping time?

All Hairbow /Clip Products & Custom Orders take approx. 14-18 days to ship.This is only a estimate your Order may get shipped out sooner.

* Do you accept custom Bow Orders?

Absolutely! We love Custom Orders.

* What sizes are your Headbands?

Our Crochet Headbands are sized One fits all .Meaning from Infant to Toddlers even adults.Our Headbands are very soft and will never leave those deep cutting marks on your Babies head.And are simply made for comfort.

* What if i did not received in my Order ?

Don't worry! We are working hard to get our handmade Items out to you as soon as possible.Some items may be shipped out separate depending on availability!

* Can my order be rushed?

Yes! There is a rush fee of $15.00

Meaning your Order ships out within 48 hrs and via Priority Mail .

* How do i care for my Bows and Tutus?

All bows and Tutu's can be lightly wiped with a soft cloth and a little bit of mild soap. DO NOT wash or dry your bows or tutu in a washer or dryer!

* How do I care for my clothing from HairCandyland?

We strongly recommend hand washing all clothing from us, damage may occur if items are washed in the washer. Always lay flat or line dry.

* I want to order a matching clip or bow to one I ordered before, can i do this?

We recommend that you order all pairs in the same order that way an exact match can be made, Other wise an exact match is not guaranteed.

*What is your return policy?

All sales are final due to the nature of the product and the custom work that is put into them. If there is a problem with your order .

You must let me know within 2 days of receiving your order (according to tracking) for me to make any kind of changes. Once payment is received, the sale is final.

*Can I add or make changes to an order I have Pending?

Once your order is paid for, it is then put in a processing status' once this happens you will no longer be able to add new items to your order. Any additional items must be placed as a new order. If you have multiple pending orders please contact us if you would like to make shipping arrangements (IE: consolidated shipping). Please keep in mind if you do this all your items will ship with the order that was last placed. If you need your shipping address changed, or something minor, please do not hesitate to contact us.

*Will my bow be exactly as displayed in the picture?
Our pictures are for display purposes only. While we try to use the exact same embellishments and ribbon for the bow you have picked, colors and embellishments may be discontinued or unavailable. If this should happen, we will use the next closest thing available, and make sure your bow looks just as beautiful.

Please keep in mind, colors may look different in person slightly.
